[BY TELEGRAPH. — OWN COBBESPONDBNTS.] Wellington, Saturday. The lowest tender for the first section of the line at the southern end is sent in by a Wanganui firm. It amounts to £27,500. Hamilton, Saturday. Mr. Istuc Coatee, of Hamilton, is the successful tenderer for the Puniußailway. The amount of the tender is £29,000.
