Turner WanEanui Navals. and Corporal Ankclett, Mast=rton Rifles, were counted out. • The Hawke's Bay match commenced to-day for rifle or carbine belts, two and five hundred yards, ten shots at each distance ; open to all members of the association ; Snider rifles or carbines. There are . seventeen prizes, as follows :— 1 prize of £10, lof £7, 1 of £6, 1 of £5, 1 of £4, 2 of £3, 2 of £2, 8 of £1. This match was not completed at quarter-pant six to-night, but there are only 40 men to finish.
