Per flj} 4 City of Sydney, as follows : For Navigator Islands, Sandwich Islands, United ( States of Amorica, Canada, British Columbia, Central and South America, British and Foreign West Indies, at 1 p.m. For United Kingdom and Continec* of Europe, at 1 p.m. For money orders, registered letters and newspapers at 11.30 a.m. Late lotters, bearing an extra fee of sixpence in addition.to the postage, will bo received by the mail agent on board the steamer up to the time of sailing. This mail will be due in London on Saturday, January 17,1836. The s.s. Waipara will sail from Hokitika. for Oka* rita, on the 2nd proximo; and for Jackson's Bay and intermediate ports On 16th prox. N.B.—From and after the 15th November instant, the following rates of postage must be prepaid on correspondence for the United Kingdom, addressed to bo sent via BrindlsiOn all letters one shilling per half-oance. or fraction of half-an-ouncc. On all book packets and parcels threepence for every two ounces or fraction of two ounces. On all newspapers twopence each.
