At Mr. Sreenwood'a opening sale at hie new premises, Vulciu-lano, this day there was a crowded attendance, and the following properties were sold :-Lot 157, Kermell-street front»g~ 40 feet, off Collet-road, £134 Jβ; lot 15S. with cottage, 40 feet frontage, t2oO ; lot 159, with cottage, 54 feet frontage, £200 ; 163 acres, Ahiparn, brought 5* per-..ere; Dnbson'n farm, Waikomiti, pirt of lot 53, containing 48 acres, was sold for £140. Of the Wajatartn-EUerslie land the folinwine Into were sold:—Lot 5, Beotion 2, lot 20, £42 10* per acre ; lota S, 17, 9, and IC, £4.1 per acre. Messrs. SS. Cochrane and Son sold today, at their room?, Qaeeu-street, a laree lonsigcment of chinn. ex W.-.ikato. The following prices were realised :-Tea sets. 15a 9:1 to £6 2a 6rt ; cup 3 and taucors, 03 7d to 7s per dozen; moustache caps, 14i to ICj 9.1 per dozen; plates. 4a 10d to 8* per rtrizns ; jugs, 9j 91 to 12s 6(1 per doz?n ; mugs, 7» 3d per dozen; basins and butters, 7s 9 J to 193 per dozeu.
