Pursuant to the above-mentioned Acts, Notice is hereby given that oa the 17th day of October, 18S4, Allan-Kerr Taylor, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, and ColuDy of New Zealand, Gentleman, presented his Petition to His Honor Thomas Bannatyne Gil lies, Esq., a Judge of this Honourable Court, praying that the trustees or trustee for the time being of the said deeds of the 31st day of October, 1557, be authorised to sell the said land, and to dedicate all roads or streets that may be deemed expedient, and to apply the purchase money of all lands sold to one or more of the purposes mentioned in the 22nd section of the said Act, without any application to this Honourable Court, and that the cost* of the said petition be provided for, and th*t all proper directions should be given in the premises. Atd notice is also hereby given that the petition will be heard by this Honourable Court on WEDNESDAY, the 17th day of December, ISS4, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, or as soon hereafter as counsel can be heard, and that the petitioner may be served with an order of this Honourable Court, or of a Judge, or of a Judge in Chambers, or a notice relating to the subject of the said petition at the office of the undersigned, situate at Shortland-street, Auckland. aforesaid.
