BANKRUPTCY.—Meeting of Creditobs. William Francis Hull,—A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of ,W. F. Hull, wine and spirit merchant, was held yesterday, in the offices of the Official Assignee.—Mr. Mahony appeared for the debtor, and Mr. S. Hesketh for certain creditors. —After some conversation, the following resolution was agreed to:—"That the estate of the debtor (except the furniture at Pahi, and at Avenue-road, Parnell), be realised, by calling for tenders for the same, and that the consideration of such tenders be taken at a meeting to be called at such time as may be deemed convenient by the Official Assignee." Adjudication.—John Charles Wood, a carpenter, was yesterday adjudicated a bankrupt on his own petition.
