At the time of announcing his determinatton to remove from the old stand where be h»s been for the last fourteen years there remained a two years' balance of his lease, which another party had offered to relieve him from, but who now refuses to do so, on account of the alterations necessary to transform the premises into what would be suitable for his purposes.
