THE CHOLERA. EPIDEMIC.

The cholera epidemic is now materially abating here, and hopes are entertained that its farther spread has been stopped. Paris, September 12. No fresh cases of cholera have occurred for some days at Marseilles and Toulon, and there seems every reason to believe that the epidemic has been stamped oat in these towns.
