Franklin and St. Mary's played a match in the Domain on Saturday, and the game resulted in favour of the latter by 40 runs. W. Roes lil, not out, and G. Wilson "20, and extras 14, did best for the victors' total of 65. St. Mary's put together 25, none of the batsmen making two figures. K. Darby did the best bowling for St. Mary's, while Nightingale and Tattersall kept abbnt the spot for Franklin.
