Hauraki, from Waitara: 47 head c&ttie and 247 sheep. ! Per s.s. Argyle, from "Waitara :35 head cattle and 151 sheep. Per s.s. Lalla Rookh, from Waitara : 18 horses and 150 sheep. Per s.s. Hawea, from the South : 5 cases tobacco, lqr.-cask wine. 50 oases fruit, 19 boxes butter, 12 kegs butter, 9 cases merchandise, and 20 packages sundries. EXPORTS. Per p.?. Hauraki. for Wellington, via Opunake : 40 bags flour, 4 cases beehives, 6 chests tea, 2 hhds. crockery, 1 qr.-cask vinegar, 5 cases jams, and 24 packages sundries. The p.s. Hauraki arrived from Waitara on Saturday morning at seven o'clock, with a cargo of stock, and left for Wellington again at 2 p.m., with a quantity of cargo. The steamers Lalla Rookh and Argyle arrived from Waitara on Saturday evening—the former at 6 o'elock, and the latter at 7.30. The Union Co.'s s.s. Hawea, arrived from Southern ports at 6.20 a.tn. yesterday. Captain Hansby reports leaving Port Chalmers on the 31st December at 10.50 a.m., arriving at Akaroa on the Ist of Jacutry, st 3.50 a.m.; left again at 4.15 for Lyttelton, and arrived at 8.50 a.m.; sailed on the 2nd at 3.53 for Wellington, arriving at 6.15 a.m. on the 3rd ; sailed for Picton at 2.10 p.m., and arrived at 6.40 p.m.; left for Kelson at 2 a.m. on the 4th, arriving at 9.35 a.m.; sailed for Taranaki at 4 p.m., and arrived at 7.5 a.m. on the sth; left again for Manukau at 3.20 p.m., arriving alongside the wharf as above. Experienced fine weather and light winds throughout the passage. She leaves again for the South at 3 p.m. to-morrow. Latest train at 2 o'clock.
