BANKRUPTCY.—Mbetino3 of Creditors. Re Frank Hot ham Kino.—An adjourned meeting of creditors was to have been held yesterday in this estate, but no creditors put. in an appearance. It had been adjourned from Tbur day, on account of non-attend-ance of creditors. The debtor was in partnership with Jame3 Walter Waller aa part owner of the s.s. Oreti. He was also principal in an action King and , another v. Fraser, tried in the Supreme] Court, for damages on account of delay in completion of a contract. He was also a party to an action- (Fraser v. King and; Waller) in which Mr. Fraser recovered £822 for repairs to the above named vessel: The liabilities were set down at £1617, and the assets as follows :—One-third interest in the machinery of the s.s. Oreti, £16 13-t 4d ; one-third interest in the boiler of s.s. Oreti, lying in Mechanics' Bay (not estimated); cash in Bank of Mew South Wales, £17 IDs; claim ag«inst estats of James Walter Waller, £350. Mr. T. MacSarlane was appointed trustee. Be Robkkt G. Gibbons, Jps.—A meeting of creditors in this estate was held on Thursday. The debtor was described as a shipping agent. It was furtner stated that he was for some time manager to James Walter Waller. The liabilities were set down at. £4134. The assets consisted a claim for £1887 against the estate of Mr. J. W. Waller. Mr. A. W. Gould was elected trustee.
