[Received July 14,1.10 a.m.) INFECTIOUS DISEASE IN FIJI. Sydney, July 1 3. A proclamation, has been issued today declaring the various ports cf China and Fiji infected places, and all vessels coming therefrom to be placed in quarantine. [Received July 12, 9.60 p.m.] SYDNEY MARKET. Sydney, July 13. New Zealand wheat remains at 4a 3d per bushel, and New Zealand oats at 2s 6d ; maize is quoted at 2s lOd ; the Sugar Co.'s No. 1, pieces per ton remain at £35.
