Bui.i.kr closed his ca-e to-day, having examined thirteen witnesses in support of it. lie intimated that he had one other witness who was at preent in Auckland, and the Court agretd that his evidence should be taken n.t a later stage. Mr. Sheehan will open his case tomorrow. It is expected that the caee will he biought to a close next week. The business ot the Court has made rnnid progress under the new Judges.
