The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the dispatch or arrival of the Trains at tho exact times notillud in tho above Tables, and. in the event of any circumstances arising, cither during or prior to the journey being made, which may rentier it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to proceed, will return the Furts paid, but docs not undertake to forward the Passengers. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage-trucks must be made tho day before they are wanted. Dogs must be provided with chains, or other sulliciunt means of securing then). They will not bo allowed in carriages, anil the sender must obtain n Ticket, to be given up at tho end of the journey, and before the Dog is delivered. Return Tickets, for distances not exceeding 25 miles are available on day of issue only; for each additional 2J miles, or fraction thereof, one,"day extra is allowed. I'eturn or Periodica! Tickets will not be available for Special and Excursion Trains, except when the ordinary lime Tahlo is suspended. Ordinary Single Tickets issued on Saturdays and Sundays arc, available as Itetuni Tickets until the last ordinary Train on the following Monday.
