The Gambettist party in the Fr»nch Chambers support the Government of M. Dnclere. ENGLAND AND THE POWERS. Mr. Gladstone, speaking at the Guildhall banquet, said that he re garded the foreign relations of England, and its trade, at the present time as perfectly satisfactory.
