THE POLITICAL CRISIS IN VICTORIA. Melbourne, June 17. Great uncertainty prevails as to the final issue of the present political crisis. Rumours of a coalition are being increasingly circulated, but at the same time it is in well-informed quarters deemed possible a compromise will bo effected between the Government and Mr. Francis.
A DISABLED BARQUE. Melbourne, June 17. The American barque Blackwall, 1190 tons, timber laden from Burrard's Inlet to Melbourne, has been found in distress, and been brought for safety into "Waratah Bay. She is dismasted and making water.
