DUNEDIN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND HARBOUR BOARD.
fBT _ TELEGRAFH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Dr/SEDi»r, Saturday. The relations between the Chamber of Commerce and the Harbour Board are assuming a new and somewhat peculiar form. The Chamber, an irresponsible body, chiefly composed of representatives of the trading class, is taking charge of the Board, several of the members of which are apparently supine enough to submit to dictation, and the practical effect of this state of things will be to make the Board a mere committee of tho Chamber, and some recognition of the former will no doubt be the result.
