Rumours are current that in view of the present political crisis the Government intend to ask for a dissolution, but the statement requires confirmation. Failing an amicable settlement between the Ministerialists and Opposition, a coalition is deemed probable. It has transpired that Mr. Berry and his supporters have intimated their readiness to join Mr. Francis and support his motion condemning the proposed remission of taxation.
