IHE Sale of tbe Licenses of the 173,000 Acres of Pastoral Lands which have been divided into 20 Runs, as announced in the, preliminary advertisement of the Bth March last, will take place at the Land Office, Nelson, on WEDNESDAY, the 31st May next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon. The areas of the Runs range from 6000 to 22,000 acres, and the upset rentals from £20 to £189 15s 10d. The average area of each, Run being 11,351 acres, and the average rental £78. •' Possession will be given on the Ist March, 1883, the tenuro being for ten years from that date. Plans and further particulars can be obtained at any principal Land Office in the colony, and at tho Courthouse at Waiau.
