Mr. C. W. Goodson has just exhibited, in one of the windows of tlie London Arcade, facing Victoria-street, a most beautiful assortment of oleographs, which are well worthy of inspection. Some of those of animals and fruit, for instance, are in relief, and are really works of art, so beautifully finished and so chaste in colouring. Among the olcob there is one that particularly took our fancy, of a child brushing away a fly off her arm; the figure of the child is so natural and unconstrained, and the design representing such perfect freedom and accuracy of drawing. The prices range all the way from one shilling to thirty shillings. We take this opportunity of drawing attention to the Queen-stroet window of the Arcade, just re-arranged, and contains the largest and choicest assortment of one shilling goods ever before exhibited for sale in any establishment in Auckland, every article in this window being of that exceedingly low price, most of them being intrinsically of greater value.
