January 11.—Arrived : Lapwing and Transpart, from Newcistle ; s.s. Arawata, from Melbourne; s.s. Rlngarooma, from the North. Off the Heads, barque Fray Bentos, from Newcastle. Arrived on the 10th : Lock. Eok, Captain Peter Taylor, from London, on Ootober 20. Sailed ; Jessie Nicoll, for Macqtiarrie'a Island; East Lothian, for Kaipara ; b.b. Arawata, for the North. January 11.— Arrived: The Loch Fleet, in tow of the Kopatai. The Loch Oree sails for liondon to-morrow, with a fall cargo of wool and wheat. .
