Since taking possession ho has had the whole painted, papered, and re-arranged, to adapt it for a First-class Boarding Establishment. Tne new kitchen, with one of the largest cooking apparatus in the province, will meet any demrtnds on it although the house may be full, and is presided over by an experienced cook Tho Keslaurant attached to the hotel is open to the public from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and all the delicacies procurable will be served.
