There were some ISO guests :it the Mayoral bauquet, including the more prominent officials of town, and a few ladies i:t the gallery. The Governor was present, and in his specch referred to the point lie made formerly here, about the necessity of a Governor governing constitutionally. There was nothing else of outside interest in the proceedings.
