This mail will bo duo In London on Monday, February 13,1882. Note.— On Mondays, 26th instant and 2nd proximo, tho Post-ollico will only bo open to tho public between 9 and 10 a.m. A delivery of letters, &c, at the counter will be made on the previous Saturday nights from 7.30 to 8.30.
