Arthur's sale yesterday, Ne's-m cherries realised 6d ; Nelson gooaoherries, tfi'J ; Auckland gooseberries, 4d. Messrs. IJ. Tonk.s and Co. held a tnwlc snle of groceries and oilmen's stores. Line* of hM the goods advertised were sold, and, as a whole, the prices were satisfactory. At Mr. W. Djwden'd sale of booka prices were obtainC'l. Mr. George sold two crates of assorted eartlienwart, consiating of dinner service#, pink, green, and gold—some very handsome. Al>o, a quantity of gaspipe, &c. The whole Bold at good prices.
