ONEHUNGA POLICE COURT. Wednesday. [Before Mcssra. J. E. Maedonalri, R.M., awl Jamo* Robertson, J.i\] Malicious Injury to Property. — George Cooper and Solomon Robinson (who did not appear), were charged with maliciously shooting a dog, the property of R. N. Barry of Hovrick, who deposed : I was owner of a dog that was shot just outside my own gate. I saw Robinson shoot the dog. I believe G. Cooper was with him, but cannot swear positively. It was a quiet dog, a favourite, and heirloom, and was shot from pnre malice. I Robinson has sinoe absconded. Case with- ' drawn agaiuet Cooper.
