Consumers allowing the Kates to remain unpaid will be liable to have suoplies cut off. Public attention is requested to the penalties provided in Clause 202, "Municipal Corporation Act. 1879," of a sum not exceeding £20, for not being supplied with Water from the Waterworks, taking any such Water from the supply to another person, or, being supplied from the Waterworks, supplies another person or permits h*rn to take away any such Water. The City Council of Auckland have Extended the Time for receiving Tenders for Tramways until the Fiusx day of FicbRUARY, 18S2. Printed conditions and plans at the ofHccs of the Town Clerks, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Duucdin, Sydney, Melbourne, and the office of the Clerk to the Supervisors, San Francisco. The Council do not bind themselves to accept any tender. Further information may be obtained on application.
