Presto is well adapted as a sire of flat-racers, or cross-country horses, having great powor and undeniable breeding, and as all Panic's stock are noted as good jumpers, Presto himself is closely related to many of the best horses in Australia. It is well-known that Presto's sire—Panic—is the sire of a greater number of winners than any other horse in the Colonies, which the " Australasian" of 1575 and 1576, containing the records of winning sires will clearly show.
