P. E., Tuakau, writes':—" 1. At an annual meeting of ratepayers to elect a Highway Board, can a woman vote? 2.- What steps must be taken to upset an illegal election of a Highway Board r—l. Yes. see clause 10 Highways Act, 1874, where it says, " Every person of the age of twenty-one," &c 2. Write to the Colonial Secretary setting forth the particulars of the case. ' ■
