A good metalled road, being part of tho main coastline from Hawora to New Plymouth, forms the eastern boundary of the block. Tho land is level and open, -well-watered, and fertile. Terms at sale: One-fourth of the purchase-money to be paid on application, and the balance to the Receiver of Land Revenue at Now Plymouth within one calen- | dar month from date of application, otherwise the I deposit will be forfeited, and the contract for tho sale of tho land thenceforth will be null and void. Crowngrant fees to bo paid on completion of the purchase. In the ovent of two or more applications for the same land being made on the same day, the \ipset at which such land shall be put up at auction shall be the price stated above. Tho above sections have temporarily withheld from sale, but thev are now offered to tho public with tho unsold sections in Blocks IV. and VIII.. which were opened for sale for cash on the 4th of April last.
