CIVIL SERVICE V. OTAHUHU. A match between the above clubs was played at Otahuhu on Saturday, and resulted in a win for Otahuhu by 38 runs on the first innings. F. Porch played well for Otahuhu, getting 17. He also bowled splendidly. Swanson, for the Civil Service, played well for his 30 in the 2nd innings. The return match between these two houses was played in the Domain on Saturday, and resulted in a decided victory for Clark and Sons, by an innings and 36 runs. The first math was drawn, but the result of Saturday's match will settle the question of supremacy of the two houses, for this season at least. Macky (27), McGechie (37), Brown (30) and Reid (17) were the principal con-ti-ibuters for Clarks ; an 3 Woods (9 and 37) and Mitchell (0 and 11) for McArthur's.
