The stamp revenue for the financial year, which expired on the 31st ult., proves to be between £9000 and £10,000 above the estimated yield. Both divisions of stamps have yielded remarkably well. The Treasury books are now closed for making up the year's accounts. THE PREMIER ILL. The Premier is confined to bed to-day with illness, but it is not considered serious, and he is expected to get about again in a day or two.
