Laery and Campbell report:—Siberian crabs, 5s 6d ; peaches, common sorts, 4d 6d to 5? 6d per case; prime, 6s per case ; plums, 5s Gd to Gs ; apples, very unsaleable ; cucumbers, Is 6d per dozen ; butter, os to 5s 4d ; eggs, Is to Is ljd ; ducks, 4s 6d ; fowls, 4s 3d; onions and potatoes, prices quite nominal; bacon, 7Jd to 8d ; cheese, nominally, 4Jd to sd, but no business is doing. Other produce remains at tbo former quotations, with very limited transactions.
