For Melbourne: Mr. Pellett. —Union S.S. Co., agents. IMPORTS. Per s.s. Rowena, from "Waitara : 25 head •cattle, and 6 kegs butter. EXPORTS. Per s.s. Rowena, for Waitara : 5 casks seed, 3 casks tar, and 5 packages sundries. The s.s. Ro>vena arrived from Waitara at 10.30 a.m. yesterday, and returned thither at 3.15 p.m. - The Union S.S. Co.'s s.s. 'Penguin left for the South at 6 o'clock yesterday afternoon, conveyng the Southern portion of the English mail. "Xlie departure of the s.s. Lalla. Rookh, for Raglan, has been postponed till 10 a.in. tomorrow. The s.s. Oreti is expected to leave for Dunedin, via intermediate ports, on Tuesday.
