Westall, Galton and Co.'s tea letter of the 4th December, from Foochow, reports that "' arrivals have ceased, and our season may be reported as at an end, except for the shipping of the remaining stock, which consists of first, iirop teas all out of condition, aud low rubbish." The letter also allows that out of the C3,321,3i5!b5. exported to London and the Continent of Europe, both by steamer aud sailing vessel, only 1,169,70Ub5. found their way to tir.her European ports than London.
