Glenelg arrived from Tauranga at 10 o'clock yesterday morning with 254 sacks maize, 2 racehorses, 6 bales wool, 14 casks tallow, and about 5 tons sundries. She is announced to return thither at 5 o'clock this afternoon. The s.a Argyle arrived from Whangarei at 10 o'clock last night with the fellowing cargo :— 225 cases fruit, 30 sacks gum, 25 boxes eggs, 6 kega butter, 4 casea fowls, 6 sacks fungus, 6 hides, 2 bundles pea sticks, 2 tons luggage, 1 ton sundries, 50 sacks coal. She returns thither at 5 p.m. to-day. The 'barque Catherine Jane entered out at the Customs yesterday for Whangaroa. ; The barque A; C. The s.s. Lalla Rookh arrived from Waitara at 7.40 a.m. yesterday with li'e-stoek. She returned thither at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with a full general cargo. This mr.kes the second trip, which is equal to 100 tons of goods she has conveyed from here to Waitara this Week. . ,
