Tenders will be received at my Office, at Bussell, until noon on TUESDAY, the seventeenth day of August, 1880. for Piinting the Electoral Roll for tho District of Mongonui and Hay of Islands. They must be addressed to the Rfgistrar of Electors for the District of Mongonui and Bay of It-lands, and marked outside, "Tender for Printing Electoral Boll" CONDITIONS. 1 The number of copies to bo printed is two bun" dreil and fifty (250). 2 The paper, type, and size of pages to bo according to sample to be seen at my Office. 3 The tender to state the rate per page, which must oover all expenses of composition, preeswork, paper, folding, stitching, and alterations and corrections of proofs. Wank pagei not to be charged for. 4 Proofs and revises to be furnished in duplicate to the Registrar of Electors., who will return the same to the Printer the first mail after being received. 5 Should the piinting of the 801 l not be completed before the 31st August, 1880. the Contractors shall forfeit the sum of ten shillings for every day beyond that dite during which the work thill remain unfinished. 6 Security to be approved by the Registrar of Electors to be given for the due performance of the contract. 7 The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
