COLONIAL NEWS.
THE RAILWAY ACCIDENT. [eeuteu's telegram.] Sydney, January 3. As the result of the inquiry into the railway collision at Paramatta last ■week, the Minister for Public Works has disrated the engine-driver of the express train, and has fined the traffic manager, who was on the engine at the time of the collision, a month's salary.
