And in and to all that parcel of land in the provincial district of Auckland aforesaid containing ehjit hundred and seventy-five acres three rood* and twenty perches, more or less, situate at Tahanui. in the district of llauraki, Queen's County, called or known by the name of " Tahanui," numbered 1878 ; bounded towatds th* north east by the Thames River, towards the south east by the Kopuatoto Block, and by the Tamahcre Block and by lines, towards the south west by lines, towards tho west by a line, and towards tho north west by the Arapeka Block. And 1 further give notice that the estate or interest of the said Henry Charlc-i Young in respect of the aforesaid lands so intended to be sold, consists of his being saized of the said hereditaments , for an estate of inheritance in fee simple in possession. And all the said lands, and all the estates and interests of the said Jlenry Charles Youm< therein and thereto, have r>cen taken by mo in execution at the suit of the said John Tucker Ford and Charles Newton, tho creditors.
