It was the opening day of the Dunedin Jockey Club Spring Kace Meeting, which was postponed from Saturday. It has been very successful. The weather fine, and the course in tolerable good order. The betting was 3tol on Titania, 2 to 1 ; against York and Lara, 3 to 10. Atlanta won by a length. Lara was twolengthe behind the second borse. Mason and Vsdlance's Camballo 1 John's Dolly Varden ... 2 Goodman's York 3 Betting was 2 to 1 on Camballo who won by short head. Time: 2mins., llsecs. Benevolent Scurry, post entry, was won Bird's Bella Cornet.
