[BY TELEGRAPH, FROM eUR CORRESPONDENT.] Oamaru, Tuesday. The coursing match was concluded to-day The weather was tine. The following are the complete results of the day's proceedings : — Cor : Third Ties.—Balmoral beat Hock ; Hiaemoa beat Leo; Kathleen beat "Verbena. Fourth Ties.—Balmoral beat Hinemoa ; Kathleen ran a bye. Final Course. —Mr. B. Thomson's b d Balmoral, (Riot Act, and Maidstone,) beat Mr. McCorkendale's ns b and w b Kathleen, (Geelong, Comet, Queen Death,) and won the course. Pcrse : Second Ties. —Gyp ran a bye; Bruce beat Rupert; Camelia beat Butterfly ; Gypsey ran the bye. Third Ties.—Gyp beat Bruce ; Camelia beat Gypsey. Final Course. —Mr. T. Durwan's br and w b Gyp, (v Hindoo Gypy,) beat Mr. W. H. Ronayne's f and w b Camelia ; Red Kail beat Dauntless, and won the stake. Plate : First Ties.—Belle ran a bye ; Carlisle beat Tamo' Shanter; Brigadier beat Referee. Second Ties.—Belle beat Bony ; Carlisle and Brigadier ran a bye. I Final Course.—Mr. M. Grant's Belle, (Scan Mag Rubin a), beat Mr. A. Tappen's Brigadier, (Bredalbane, Blackbird), and won the stake.
The Hon. Colonel Whitmore paid a visit to the Lonatio Asylum on Saturday last.
