THE VICTORIAN DIFFICULTY.
London, June 20. In the House of Commons last night, in compliance with a request from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr. Mills'motion respecting the Victorian Constitutional difficulty was postponed. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, acting in cooperation with Mr. Mills, introduced a motion condemning any interference of the Imperial Legislature, unless requested by both Houses in Victoria.
