June 6.—Mr. James O'ohea reports Adelaide flour hardened out as last quoted ; Canterbury, £10; Oamaru. £10; sharps, 7s; bran, Is; oats, 3s; potatoes, 903 to lOOs; maize, 4a 9d; barley, CHKISTCHURCH. June 6.—The moist weather all through the week lias been very favourable for ploughing operations. There is already a considerable looking well. Mutton is quiet at 13s 4d ; beef, best quality, 255; medium, 22s to 30s. The 4th of the month passed off better than was expected. More money is offering on mortgages now than for some time past, and when that has percolated through ordinary channels of business, matters will be easier. CALLS AXD DIVIDENDS.
