RUSSIA. REFUSES A CONFERENCE AT VIENNA.
PROPOSES TOWN IN A SMALL STATE. G-REEK ARMY ORDERED TO STOP ADVANCE INTO THESSALT. [redtkb's special cablegrams.] LONDON, February G. Russia refuses to agree to the Austrian proposal to hold a Conference at Vienna. She desires that a Conference should take place in a town insome smaller European State. The Greek army has been ordered to stop its advance into Thessaly. The European Powers promise to protect the northern Greek Provinces. LONDON, February 8. [ The Greek troops had captured Dhonioko, a large town of Thessaly, before their advance was stopped.
