THE WAR CREDIT VOTE DEBATE.
LONDON, February 4. Tiiu debate i-i the House of Commons I'll the war crisis continues. Mr. Gladstone suggested that instenil of granting a special war credit, an address should be voted, assuring the Queen of the united support of the nation for the maintenance of Dritisli interests. Mr. Gntlwrne Hardy insisted upon the credit vote. The debate was adjourned.
