From a recent number of the Australasian Insurance and Bankiny Record, we quote the following figures having reference to the Imperial Insurance Company : Receipts, from all sources, 1576, £002,395; losses, £274,285; management, &e., £167,903. After payment of £72,01)0 in dividends, the balance carried to rest was i"57,000. The liabilities are in round numbers, .£1,347,540 ; unsettled losses, commission, &c, due to agents, bills payable, &r , amount to £171,158 The eeenred a-sets consists of first-class securities, including British Government and railway obligations, valued at £1,338,035, and with cash at bankers' agents and branch balances amount to a grand total of £1,519,007.
