This is to notify that J SF,PH KILGOUR, of Greymouth, in the Provincial District of Westland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Moulder, did, on the llth day of June instant, deposit at the office of the Patent Officer, in the Colonial Secretary's Office, in Wellington, a Specification or Instrument in writing under his hand aud seal, particularly describing and ascertaining the nature of the s*id Invention, and in what manner the same is to bo performed ; and that by reason of such deposit the said Invention is protected and secured to him exclusively for the term of calendar months thence next ensuing.
