The remains of a balloon have just been found on the coast of Iceland. In the car were some human bones, forming an incomplete skeleton, and a leather travelling bag in a very bad condition, containing papers so ■deteriorated by wet, that the writing , could > not bu deciphered. A conjecture is formed : that this is the balloon in -which Price ; ascended during the siego of Paris, being the iOnly one that was not accounted for.
