PAKURANGA HUNT CLUB.
A gexebal meeting of the Pakuranga Hunt Club was held at the Exchange Hotel yesterday. There was a very large attendance of members. Sir. Every .McLean occupied the chair. - The resignation of Jlr. E. AIoLean, the master, was received with an expression of regret by all present, and a committee was appointed to present some memento to the late master in recognition or his valuable services and o£ the esteem in which he was held. The second master, Sir. Mclaughlin, was unanimously appointed in his stead. It was resolved that the hunting season commence at once, w<l that the hounds meet on Saturday next, tne Bth April, at 8 a.m., at the Papatoitoi station. The sub-committee appointed to select a club uniform Teported to the meeting in favour of the adoption of a green cloth coat, white or'drab breeches, and top-boots. A motion was proposed in favour of a ecaneS uniform, but an amendment in favour or green was carried, and it was resolved to wait till the cloth could be obtained from
