Tenders. mENDERS REQUIRED FOR DEBENTURES TO BE SOLD UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE PUBLIC BUILDINGS ACT, 1876. First Issue, £20,000, Tenders will bo received at the Superintendent's Oilice, Auckland, until noon of MONDAY, the 20fch day of December, 1875, from persons to purchase Debentures to be sold by the Public Buildings Commissioners under the authority of the Public Buildings Act, 1875, and secured on the pieces of land set forth in Schedule 2 of the said Act. Thft total amount proposed to be issued at present is £20,000. The Debentures bear interest at the rate of 7 percent, per annum, payable half-yearly. The Principal to be repaid at par, by the application to annual drawings of 1 per cent. Sinking Fund. The Debentures will be issued in amounts of £100 each. Part of the property upon which the Debentures are charged is at present leased, and prduces an annual income of £1609 per anmim, being sufficient to cover the Interest and Siuking Fund on the amount of Debentures now to be issued. A portion of the old Supremo Court Site remains to be leased, together with other valuable properties.
